Puesto started with people I love. I watched friends and family turn a good recipe or a weekend hobby into real income, and then watched the admin quietly eat the joy out of it. The 11pm screenshots. A notebook of who paid and who hasn’t. Group chats three deep just to confirm one order.
Nothing out there really fit. The big platforms want a warehouse and a card machine. Spreadsheets assume you have a spare evening. None of them understand a home kitchen taking preorders over chat, paid by transfer, picked up on a Sunday.
So I built the opposite. Something small, made for how people actually sell. Every screen in Puesto exists because a real seller hit a real wall and took the time to tell me about it.
